Legacy (Non-member) Event Form

By signing this form, the responsible parties indicate they understand the following:

 

1)      Building entry and exit is at the Shippen Street entrance, unless Security allows otherwise.

2)      Event participants are “not” allowed elsewhere in the building.

3)      Inspect room(s) before and after use and report any problems to Security.

4)      Report any issues, including damage, to Security before leaving.

5)      Trash must be put in the large, closed containers provided on each floor.

6)      Food and drinks (other than water) are not allowed in the Sanctuary.

7)      All rooms (including restrooms) are to be left in equal or better condition after use.
8)      All trash picked up, furniture returned to its location, and all lights out.   
9)      Security will lock up.
